Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle refunds:
1. Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products (printables, downloads, email subscriptions, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue or didn’t receive your files, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.
2. Physical Products (Apparel, Stickers, etc.)
We produce physical items through trusted print-on-demand partners. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, we’re happy to replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delayed shipping outside our control
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription (such as our daily pun email) at any time. Cancellations apply to future payments and access; we do not refund payments for previous billing periods once content has been delivered.
